Suzana Duarte Santos Mallard is a psychologist and psychoanalyst, holding a doctoral degree in Psychosociology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ/EICOS). She is a member of the Freudian Library of Curitiba and the DIASPOTICS/UFRJ group. As a researcher, she focuses on migration and diasporic phenomena. Currently residing and working in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she provides psychoanalytic listening to human and diasporic circumstances. Her research interests include mental health studies in forced migration, decolonization, Afro-feminist praxis, and transcultural approaches.
