Arlinda Henderson is highly skilled and experienced in delivering content on how to apply creativity and critical thinking to the workplace environment to improve job satisfaction and avoid burnout for employees while providing a higher level of productivity and innovative ideas for the company.


Arlinda has over 20 years of experience and demonstrated abilities working with learners from diverse demographics. She has experience as a chaired board committee on diversity bringing critical thinking skills to the committee members to flush out new and innovative ways to address curriculum needs and meet company inclusion standards.


Arlinda has presented papers on the topic of critical thinking and creativity in venues across the world, including at the Display Holography Conference in St. Petersburg Russia, and The Image Conference at Berkely. Beyond her speaking engagements, Arlinda also coaches educators to bring actions and exercises to enhance creativity and critical thinking into curriculum development across

the board and balance the advantages of technology with the need for human creative innovation.


Arlinda believes that technology can serve people better if we understand it as a tool to enhance human creative talents and aspirations inherent in all people. Insights she offers educators on managers as they relate to creativity also alleviate burnout for a necessary work/life balance.
